Primary Responsibilities

1. Property Management for NRIs
Overseeing NRI-owned properties (apartments, houses, villas, plots) in India. Ensuring properties are maintained, secure, and in good condition.


2. Maintenance & Upkeep
Regular inspection of properties.
Organizing repairs, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and other maintenance tasks.
 Hiring and coordinating local contractors if needed (but not providing permanent staff like maids or drivers unless specified).
3. Tenant Management (if rented)
Managing rental agreements.
Coordinating with tenants.
 Collecting rent on behalf of the property owner.


4. Security & Safety
Ensuring the property is safe when the owner is away.
 Monitoring for unauthorized access or damage.


5. Bill Payments & Administrative Work
Paying utility bills (electricity, water, maintenance charges) on time. Handling property documentation, legal notices, or approvals when required.
6. Reporting to NRI Owners
Providing periodic updates with photos or reports. Notifying owners about urgent issues or repairs.


Document & Errand Management

Assistance with property documentation, bills, and administrative tasks.
Services include:
  • Handling rent agreements, property papers
